How to Cook
This Mutton Kofta Curry is an easy delicious dinner. It consists of juicy mutton meatballs that are air fried and simmered in a creamy tasty curry sauce. Instructions:
  1. Mutton Kofta: place the minced mutton in a large bowl with all other ingredients and knead it very well then set aside (Food processor can be used instead).
  2. Scoop out the minced mutton with a cookie scoop and roll it into a ball shape. Repeat to finish all the minced mutton.
  3. Place the mutton balls in the air fryer basket in one layer, keeping some space between them, spray the balls with cooking spray and fry for 8-10 minutes (flip halfway through). When all the mutton balls are fully cooked put them on a plate aside.
  4. Curry Sauce: in the same airy fryer basket roast the sliced bell-pepper and garlic for 6 minutes. Set them aside to cool completely.
  5. In a small food processor or blender mix the roasted pepper and garlic with diced tomato, tomato sauce and curry powder to have a fine paste.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, pour the curry paste with water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the fried mutton balls to the skillet and cover to cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with cooked rice or any desired bread and enjoy!
