Ingredients
  • 6-8 chicken thighs from Seara
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4  garlic cloves , minced
  • ½ cup sun dried tomato, julienned
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¾ cup fresh spinach leaves
How to Cook
Golden chicken thighs in a silky creamy sauce packed with spinach and sun dried tomatoes are tasty and quick recipe to make... the perfect dinner every time! Instructions:
  1. Put the chicken thighs in a big bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side then transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
  3. Sauté the garlic in the same skillet over medium high heat until fragrant then add the sun dried tomato and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to simmer for 4 minutes, then add in the cream, parmesan and Italian seasoning. Lower the heat and continue simmering for 3 more minutes. Stir regularly to melt the cheese.
  5. Stir through spinach leaves to wilt then return the chicken thighs to the pan and drizzle the sauce over chicken thighs and let simmer for a further minute.
  6. Place the Tuscan chicken thighs in a big serving plate and serve immediately with pasta or fresh bread to mop up the yummy sauce!
