  • ½ 1kg chicken breast from Seara, big cubes
  • Red and green bell pepper, big cubes
  • Bamboo skewers
  • Fresh parsley for garnishing
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon 7 spices blend
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
How to Cook
You will love how easy this recipe is, just mix the marinade, add the chicken and refrigerate. Grill or bake in the oven for a nice family meal. Instructions:
  1. Chicken marinade: in a large bowl combine the chicken marinade ingredients all together and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken cubes and toss well to coat, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken cubes and bell pepper into the bamboo skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on grilling pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees at the middle rack for 20-25 minutes then move up to the upper level for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Place the chicken tikka skewers on a big serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with seasonal salad.
