How to Cook
Beef and cheese manakeesh is the kind of food that can be served alone as a main dish or as a side dish if you are having a party or a big gathering. Beef and cheese together are the perfect combination every time. Instructions:
  1. Place the minced beef in a big mixing bowl and add the onion, garlic, tomato, bell pepper, parsley, pomegranate molasses, tomato paste and all spices and mix well to combine.
  2. Dust the kitchen counter with some flour and cut the pizza dough into small circles then roll each circle with a rolling pin to half cm thick disks.
  3. Place the disks on a baking sheet. And spread about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture on each one (more or less depends on the size of disk)
  4. Bake them in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes until the sides are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle each one with some cheese and bake for 2-3 more minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Remove from the oven and arrange the manakeesh on a big flat serving plate and enjoy!
