If you're not bringing this recipe to the next family gathering you will miss a lot of tasty pleasure. It is easy and loaded with cheese which everyone will fall for it. Instructions:
  1. Arrange the wedges in a sprayed baking sheet in one layer and bake them in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes, turning once or twice to allow for even cooking and lightly golden color, then leave to cool down on the pan.
  2. Cheese sauce: melt the butter in a large saucepan, then add the flour and stir quickly for 1 minute.
  3. Add the milk gradually, whisking thoroughly after each addition to eliminate lumps.
  4. Add in the sour cream, tomato paste and stir well to combine. Once smooth, add half of the cheese and stir until melted then remove from heat and keep aside.
  5. Grab a handful of the remaining grated cheese and sprinkle it into the baking dish and arrange the wedges in a circular pattern in it.
  6. Pour in the cheese sauce evenly on the wedges, then top it with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until warmed through and golden brown on top. Garnish with red pepper flake and serve immediately.
