Ingredients
  • 4 mutton burger from Seara
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese
  • Fresh baby arugula
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 beef tomato, sliced
  • Cucumber pickles, sliced
  • 8 burger buns
  • Any Seara fries you prefer for serving
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tablespoons mild red pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper
How to Cook
These mutton burgers are topped with the most delicious red pepper sauce and loaded with delicious flavors. Easy to make to indulge your test buds. Instructions:
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes to golden brown then flip and place a slice of cheese on each patty and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. While the patties are cooking, melt the butter in another skillet and sauté the onions over medium heat to golden and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Red pepper sauce: in a small bowl, mix the mayo, red pepper paste, lemon, garlic, and a touch of salt and pepper and set aside.
  4. Spread some red pepper sauce on the inner side of each half bun then start to assemble the burger.
  5. Place a handful of arugula and basil leaves on the bottom bun, then the mutton burger top it with caramelized onions, tomato, pickles and the top bun. Serve immediately with desired Seara fires and enjoy!
