Ingredients
  • 4 chicken burger patties from Seara
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 beef tomato, sliced
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 2 pickled cucumber, sliced
  • 4 burger buns
  • Any Seara fries you prefer for serving
  • ¼ cup feta cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
How to Cook
Fry or grill the chicken burgers and serve them with this delicious Lemon-Garlic Feta Spread. A taste of the Mediterranean, right on your table! Instructions:
  1. In a pan heat the vegetable oil and cook the chicken burgers over medium heat for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other side to golden brown, set aside. Cover with foil loosely to keep warm.
  2. Lemon-Garlic Feta Spread: combine all ingredients in a mini food processor and blend until almost smooth. (it can be combined with fork instead)
  3. Assemble the burger by spreading some feta spread on the bottom half of the bun, top it with cooked chicken burger, tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce and cover with the top half bun.
  4. Serve warm with any Seara fries you like and desired condiments. Enjoy!
