Ingredients
  • 200g fettuccine pasta
  • ½ pack breaded shrimps from Seara
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnishing
How to Cook
Crispy Cajun Shrimp pasta with an incredibly simple creamy sauce and crispy Cajun shrimp with a little hit of heat. This can all be on your dinner table in 20 minutes tops! Instructions:
  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain well and set aside.
  2. In a deep skillet melt the butter and olive oil and heat over high heat. Add shrimp and cook on each side about 2 min until crisps. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside on a plate and sprinkle with half tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
  3. In the same skillet add chicken broth and heavy cream and season with the remaining Cajun seasoning and salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil then add the Parmesan cheese and whisk to melt. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp back to the pot and toss well.
  5. Place the yummy crispy Cajun shrimp pasta to a big flat serving plate and garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
